When we break a bone, how does it cure? Do we take some magic substance that helps us connect the broken fragments? Can any healer do that? It is nature and nature alone that does the healing. All we can do is create the environment that enables nature to do it’s work. This is true for all our ailments. Nature is speaking to us, but for many reasons we are unable to comprehend or hear her voice. For this reason we are making many bad choices that lead us to pain and suffering.

Our goal is to provide anyone, willing to listen to the voice of nature, with the natural tools to interpret the message and also how to incorporate the advice in our daily life from day one. Health is our birthright and we might have strayed from our path, but all that is needed to regain health or to keep it, is an open heart and a strong will. The best approach to health lies in prevention of disease, meaning we have to actively strive for health by helping nature do what it does best by using her natural agents in the appropriate way. In order to accomplish this, we design custom built health programs for each individual depending on their particular needs. These programs will help anyone understand how to live without transgressing nature’s laws and include, but are not limited to a combination of food, exercise, rest, grounding, meditation and many more.
In addition, we also provide group classes in Taichi, Yoga, Anti-stress and more, which you can attend separately. Each group class is designed to promote the inflow and distribution of Living Energy thereby promoting natural rejuvenation of your body. Every journey starts with the first step, so we hope to guide you on yours.
